Just saw your article in midwest living.loved your place. My husband and I live in dubuque ia and just bought a cabin on lake delavan. We are trying to keep it totally simple low maintenance. Our kids are not sure why we are going so spartan, but I love the old summer camp life before summer homes became McMansions.. It was great seeing your story- a kindred spirit! Ps the old owner left some original pieces including yellow painted dining room chairs and I'm looking for old doilies to cover the tops of some of the old dressers. Chris corken
